Refund policy for AI Fruit Videos

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on AI Fruit Videos. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not substantially used paid features, we will refund that payment in full.

  • If you request a refund within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used paid features since that renewal, we will refund the renewal.

  • Otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.

Credit packs

  • An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.

  • Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Service failures

If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.

How to request a refund

Email xx0903041@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to show them.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We can usually resolve the issue faster directly.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
